I was referring to the family's happiness....a tramatic event that will last a lifetime for them, even though it the outcome left them whole.C-Dawg wrote:I'm happy with the ending...better than paying to keep the bast@rd locked up til he can get out and go do it againSalukulady wrote:I wouldn't call it a happy ending, but the right ending.......

Or on the flipside, that family, especially that daughter, knows her dad will do, and has done, anything to protect her.Salukulady wrote:I was referring to the family's happiness....a tramatic event that will last a lifetime for them, even though it the outcome left them whole.C-Dawg wrote:I'm happy with the ending...better than paying to keep the bast@rd locked up til he can get out and go do it againSalukulady wrote:I wouldn't call it a happy ending, but the right ending.......
Good for the dad and good for the state for not pressing charges.

Another is that they took control over the situation rather than being victimized, and dealing with the consequences of that trauma for a lifetime.
Maybe it's just semantics, but I'd rather cope with the fallout of being a survivor of a traumatic event than being a victim.
(And honestly, who knows if that young girl would have survived the attack...the perpetrator had a deadly weapon with him.)

I am thinking he may have just a little. Guy breaks in, girl screams, dad comes in and (I am assuming) the fight ensues, mom calls 911. How long did the cops take to get there? When they arrive, dad has arms locked around guys throat. Good for dad.12vmanRick wrote:totally agreedrunkpirate66 wrote:I am not kidding: the only mistake the dad made was not torturing this sick f*ck before he killed him.

probably should've filmed it to so the police can force other convicted f*cks to watch it over and over and over and over and over and over and over again like an 8 hour work day. that would be justice.
the hit and run is as good as any religion around this time of year . . .
