Jesse Jackson is crying...
...after what he said about Barack, I'm surprised he can pull that off.
Some people never find it, some only pretend
But me, I just want to live happily ever after every now and then.

DAMN RIGHT I'll complain.
But YOU'RE one of the ones who've made some pretty intelligent & well thought out posts, so for that, thank you.
Well, all I can say is that we're all in this together. I have faith that there are brighter days ahead for all of us. If I am wrong, you deserve a spot at the front of the line to complain. But, Barack needs to be given a chance. We can't expect an immediate turnaround. After all, from my perspective, he has quite a mess to clean up. In a Democracy, we trust that the majority will make the best decision for all. Let's hope that we have.

Not everyone is happy. History? Yeah. Great? Not so much for everyone. Let's talk in a year to see who has a fabulous approval rating..
Let's all hope they are sky high and we are happy campers. We would all be winners in that scenario....

John McCain is speaking very graciously of Barack Obama, and
I was especially impressed the way he shut down those in his audience who tried to boo down the elected senator

Yes sir, we ARE in this together.
And there are ALWAYS going to be brighter days ahead-each day will always be better than the last if you make it so.
My motto is this-if the country is in a mess, or preceived to be in a mess, maybe it's a bad thing, but I choose not to participate.
You're a smart guy, you seem like the kind of person who'd do VERY well on his own, therefore, you shouldn't participate in any negativity of this nation either.

Garry, as you know we are in Ohio and we are not Traitors.

Let's hope that Barack Obama is the person our country needs at this time. I didn't vote for Obama or McCain, but I feel passionately that our Country needs to start to heal. I pray that this is what we need to begin that healing.
