a music store might be a place to start. but before you do that, first take an english class, and learn how to form a clearly thought out coherent sentence.

I'm guessing that the rectangular box attached to the left side of his mike stand as we're looking at it (stage right) is a personal monitor similar to the following:

This lets him know exactly as much of what he sounds like as he wants to while performing.

That's pretty cool. Now I want one too! (Don't know why - would have to buy a mike stand to go with it. Oh, and a microphone ... and a guitar! Do I also need one of those amplificatorier things?)

Close, the tiny tv shows the video from the big screens so JB knows when he is/isnt on camera, and this is why you will hear him make remarks about certain scenes that were/are being shown on the big screen.

The teleprompter is at the foot of the stage, and is a much large flat screen (about 32").

If I am wrong about any of that someone feel free to correct me.
Is there a way u can buy one like his
Why would you want one? Do you have big screens outside your house?

Regarding headsets.....in a previous life I ran a children's performing group. When the kids were on stage singing and dancing I would be in the front row of the audience giving the performers visual cues. My husband who was the sound man would be about 50 feet behind me running the board. During the shows it would be necessary for him and I to communicate, so we wore headsets and were able to talk to each other. When he wanted to really mess with me, he would talk dirty to me over the headset. This would really mess up my concentration while trying to direct 75 four to 16 year old kids on stage.

Let's hope JB never uses a head set or whatever they are called. Has he? I've never seen anything. Those things - they not only look dumb but it takes away the essence of performance. They don't sound as good either. Jagger has used one, Garth used one, that Cheese guy uses one and I saw some dork on the CMA or some country show recently use one. They're AWFUL. They shouldn't be aloud.
