I think it is interesting that for someone who made a big deal out of not getting any radio play and music industry awards, that he is giving away tickets to his Mohegan Sun show through terrestial radio stations. The same type of radio stations that didn't give him any play years ago.
Looking to trade Buffett shows? Here is my showlist.

Is anyone planning to go that day anyway even if they aren't "on the list"?
I'm trying to decide if its worth it.......
Is Margaritaville going to be open after this party???

How do you sign up to win?
Where do you leave a message to win?? Is there a number posted somewhere?
Think you will be able to hear outside in the casino? Is anyone planning on going anyway?

Took a trip to Mohegan Sun to check out the new Margaritaville. Decided to register to win the tickets there. You can register in a Margaritaville (not sure if it is the one in CT or all) until the 5th.
If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.
Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.
Life is short, live long!!
I'd rather be a wiseass than a dumbass.

I was also fortunate to win tickets on WEBE 108, a Southwestern CT radio station.
I was told the same thing by the radio station, that there would be no tickets, but rather that my name would be on the guest list at the door to Margaritaville. A high roller friend of mine tried to get tickets and was told that they were unavailable to anyone except the original invites chosen by Mohegan.

Please!!!!
Would somebody..anybody PLEASSEEEEEEE find me a way to get into this show. I tried every radio station, the scavenger hunt, went up to Mohegan to enter up there. I am hoping that there is some godly being reading this (Jimmy, I hope its you) that will magically be able to get me into this show tomorrow. My name is Jack Benvenuti, I am hoping my name will be on the list. regardless, I am still going up to listen from outside, the bartender told me that if you stand outside margaritaville, that I could hear just fine. And by the way for those of you who havent been there, the stage is not too far from the door. Well I will be counting on my name being on that list, see you there!!
Yesterday's over my shoulder

This is what someone told me by e-mail!!
“We were at Margaritaville last night and talked with many of the staff. They were very helpful and said that the restaurant will open at 12:00 noon. They are closing the door that opens to the casino and everyone will enter and exit through the store. The reason for this is to move the stage under the video screens. They will also stay open till close, 1:45am. They will close off the upstairs for Buffett’s family and friends. (And all this time I thought that I was his friend.) They didn’t say if the restaurant will be serving food and drinks all day. They did say that they are having state police to guard the doors and store.
That’s all that I was told. Can’t wait, six days to go.”
