Two people actually voted CYNTHIA MCKINNEY?

PLEASE tell me it's a joke! :x
I'm guessing that most, if not all, of the votes for 3rd party candidates are from those that are disillusioned and not happy with either Obama or McCain.

Now if Mings was an option...
Robert Barr is on the ticket because he feels McCain is not conservative enough, Ralph Nader is on the ticket because he feels Obama is not liberal enough, and I've never heard of that other guy.
As for Cynthia McKinney, she's a bona-fide NUT CASE, and belongs in the rubber room at Oakdale.
Well I think McKinney is the official Green Party candidate, so she's probably another one that liberals would vote for because Obama isn't liberal enough.

OBAMA

If Obama wins, I DO hope Jimmy plays the inaugural. Hell, I hope Jimmy gets a cabinet post. (As long as it doesn't interfere with the concert schedule, that is!)

I think I've made my mind up and am going to vote for Chuck Baldwin on Tuesday.

Obviously, I know he isn't going to win, but I can't go on saying that Republicans and conservatives must stand on principle if I'm not willing to do it, myself.

Good for ya' Mike :)

WTF do you mean, woman? It's no secret that BN tends to be right leaning rather than left leaning. Whatever helps you sleep at night, babe.
Or I could be wrong.

Maybe there should be an "undecided" option 'cause I think there's folks who really are and won't know until they get to the poll. Or maybe a "not voting" option.

Or maybe do an exit poll on Wednesday to see if this poll matches what people actually did.

That's what's the mostest interesting.
not to say that you are this way, but it makes me scared that people will actually be going to the polls having no idea who they are going to vote for. not only says bad things about the person's indifference, but also about how our election system seems to cast a sense of futility over the individual vote. i hope these people just dont vote, or vote for my guy....

OBAMA!!!!

Lewis Black had it right when he said about presidential elections:

"It's like having two piles of $hit and trying to decide which one smells the least!"

Was it Lewis Black that said that "the Democrats are a party of no ideas, and the Republicans are a party of really bad ideas"?

More Lewis:

“A republican stands up in congress and says 'I GOT A REALLY BAD IDEA!!' and the democrat stands up after him and says 'AND I CAN MAKE IT $HITTIER!!'”

"In my lifetime, we've gone from Eisenhower to George W. Bush. We've gone from John F. Kennedy to Al Gore. If this is evolution, I believe that in 12 years, we'll be voting for plants."

"I do have certain feelings. My feeling is that whoever is in charge, I want him out."

   C'mon everybody, it's time to lighten up a little.

If you haven't voted in any poll question on BN, there's tiny print under all the choices that says, "view results", and you can click on that to see how the poll is running. :)

Wow! Thanks, Penny,
You'd think that in over 5 years and over 3000 posts, I would have figured that one out already!
