Showing my ignorance:If light comes in "quanta"...

...does all other energy come in "quanta", too?
Einstein discovered/theorized that light, rather than just being a continuous wave, is actually composed of unspeakably tiny "packets" or "quanta" of light energy. This, of course, led to the quantun theory, and all the silly fun that's ensued from that.
My question, to those who know such things, is, if light comes in quanta, does all other energy (such as the heat that radiates from a woodstove, etc.) come in the form of quanta?
Yes, it's a silly question, but Hell, it's a silly day!
