So I was talking to a couple of coworkers
and mentioned parting with a friend
(BN goodbyes su#k) :( :cry:

I said "I kissed her cheek and told her I loved her and missed her already. "
they were just aghast.. "WAS her S/O there, did He hear"?????

Uh yes.. He heard..

He didn't say something to you??

UH.. No.. He knows just what I mean..

WOW...


So the Question, is do you have Friends that if your S/O
heard say that that they would not even think about it??

or is that something that might start an issue???

I hope a bunch of you have at least one friend that would be OK . I can't count how many times I have said that :)

Saying I love you, or love ya, or love you is something I've always done, to those special friends, male or female. :D E's pretty used to it, and he knows he's my BEST love. [smilie=hearts.gif]

I have lots of PHriends and friends that I tell I love them and many more than that I hug. I hugged Wayne when I left MOTM 07' and I'll do it everytime I see him...and R2 as well...they are good friends and I don't see them often.

I have 2 friends who are more like sisters and then there's Pat/Des...she's way more close than family! Then there's Citcat and she's my PHamily too!

The only ones Hubby is uncomfortable with me hugging and kissing on the cheek are the one (yes THE ONE! Well, the one HE knows!) I've "dated"...

I'm pretty sure that after 27+ years of marriage we're both secure enough in our relationship that neither of us would have a second thought (or a first thought). :D

So Wayne, the next time we meet, I'm sure Pieces will have no problems when you tell me you love me. :lol: :lol: :lol:

My hubby says it to peeps all the time. I admit, even after 14 years together, it still "feels" a little odd to hear him say it to a female. My brain just has to remind the rest of me what it's about, and I get over it lickety split. :D

Never been a problem with my husband....he is the most self assured man in the world and I am the same way. We are very comfortable with each other and secure in ourselves.
