See I told ya I wasn't very good at it!Workin' the Room wrote:basic sheepskin dogbed. but cute puppies.carolinagirl wrote:The white material supporting them looks fur-lined. Okay, I'll quit!
Where's bits? He's much better at this...
"supporting" the puppies? not as funny if you gotta explain it.
I was going to say that a couple of the puppies looked perky, but no one else is playing along... Guess they're all reading the BN Critters Comics.

It's feeding time again: 10:30 p.m . Eastern
*edit* Well, I thought I heard the owner dishing out food, and the puppies seemed to think so, but no food was delivered.

Shiba's are the smallest of the Japanese spitz's. Shiba's typically are reddish in color with black highlights and have a curly tail. They are big dogs in a small body. They are independent and should have lots of exercise every day. Some people claim that they are the most feline like breed of dogs in the world because of their supposed aloofness. The reality is that until they know and accept you, they don't put a lot of effort into you but once they know you, they can be overwhelming in their affection.
My late sister and her husband do Shiba rescues and have 3 Shibas at the moment. A number of our mutual friends now have shibas as a result. I'm not sure if it was a case of everyone discovering the breed and liking them or everyone feeling bad and rescuing a dog and then discovering what a joy they are.

Yeah, I was watching last night around 9 p.m. or so (EST) and there was a guy in there talking to them and playing with them. He was sitting down and they were jumping all over him.carolinagirl wrote:Anybody ever see the owners playing with them? They need some human socialization.

saw mom in there this am!
and both owners were in there last night, at first it was the guy, and he was 'yelling' at them to stop biting his toes....
then the female owner came in later on, and they were ALL sitting in her lap..
i wanted to melt!
then there was a noise from the back of the room (where the camera is located) and they all came RUNNING at me!! i was hysterical!!
