Ha... Jimmy and his attoney's I don't think would have a case unless I was s selling these badboys. Its homemade creation for sure and stays in my home for that matter. I've gotten a lot of compliments from the people who've seen them in person. My amazement has been how dead on the backs of the chairs are to the ones I gave her pictures of from the Cafe's website.

I have passed on a link to this thread for her to read. She is very flattered to say the least. She actually isn't all that familiar with Jimmy aside from the Margaritaville fame. She thinks the whole culture is fascinating and cool though. She even insisted that it say "5 O'clock somewhere" as she asked me if it was okay if she put that on the table's lower shelf. I actually think these chairs are painted better than the ones sold on margaritaville.com.
