I DO do Black Friday.
Every year.

I'll be out there with the masses of a$$es again this Friday too.
It's actually lots of fun if you can motivate yourself to get up at Dark-Thirty.
I've never had any problems with crowds-that is to say there's LOTS of crowds, obviously, but never any fights or threatening words exchanged between anyone I've met doing the Black Friday thing.
I've met some really nice and FUN people. They're just looking for bargains, which is pretty much the American Way.
I'll be at
Wal Mart
Target
Kohls
Ace Hardware
PetCo
Sears

Then have lunch at God-Knows-Where.

I've made some FANTASTIC buys on Black Friday & look forward to it again this Friday.

Then again, when have you known me to NOT go against the grain.

OH!
And, BARRY-I need a new Hewlett-Packard, okay?

I have.

And I've got to say, I really appreciate those kind of people.
They make me look GOOD.

Yeah, yeah, I know but you have to work there to be able to talk about

any faults with the company.
I don't work there but I can think of plenty of faults with the company. That doesn't mean I don't ever shop there, it's sort of a necessary evil. As for Black Friday, can't say I've ever taken part in it.

Do I do Black Friday? Negative. Far too many people for me to deal with.

If I go to a store on Friday it's usually for something for me, not a gift for someone else.

I've decided to wear my kick-ass Asics running shoes for ultimate cushioning and speed.

I don't have any 'big ticket' items I'm after, but there's more stores I want to hit this year than any other I've remembered.

We'll be going to, in this order:

Old Navy
Toys R Us
Wal-Mart (rendezvous with sister to exchange items purchased on the other's behalf)
Breakfast
Target
Kohls

Plus, Saturday I'll swing by K-Mart for BOGO free on the Leapster cartridges!
