For my own part, I'm prejudiced toward intelligence for some reason. And giving
your kids bad names that will make their lives difficult just because it's "cute"
reflects lack of that, no matter who you are. That's all.

Our kids are both Js, but they're Jason & Jonathan,
not Jett and Javelin. I just get annoyed when folks
saddle their children with very fake names. That's all.

Who decides if a name is real or fake? You? Should everyone be named Jane, John, Joe, Mary, etc. blah blah blah.......? What's wrong with Jett or Javelin? My wifes name is Nichele and her sisters name is Sundeana. I don't know of anyone else with those names, does that make them "fake" names?

I think everyone should be named Bob. Keep things standardized and in conformance. There is no need for individualism.
