I have looked at car rentals they are really, really high, keep looking.

No air booked yet or the car, but we are registered and have confirmed our place to stay

Last year, I kept watching and waited until like a week before I left to book my car. It was well worth it!

he was disappointed I didn't put my phone onstage during the Jersey medley last night.
(He started when I was 'around the corner')
we did have the phone onstage to Katie in Ohio during Navajo Rug

You don't really need a car *in* KW. Consider picking it up where you land, drive to KW, turn it in, and pick it up again for a one way trip back to the airport.

The problem in Florida renting a car is the extra fees. I went to Key West 4 weeks ago and the car cost 250 for 3 plus 3 hours which made 4 days. I think its better to fly in to Key West. Saves time

every place charges fees on top of the advertised rate.

as nice a drive as it is from the mainland down, I always fly into KW. More convenient and no worries. Besides, for me to truly enjoy the drive, I'd need three days to stop in every hokey little touristy place along the way.
