I pass by Vassalboro, ME several times a year shuttling the oldest keet to U.Maine. Might be time for a little side trip.

Thanks for the suggestion. Forwarded it to the owners of my place. Couldn't hurt in this economy.

don't you worry Larry. I'll be your taxi service. H*ll, I can probably write off whatever we spend there to my company. (I'd have to depend on someone else to get me there. I'm flying, not driving.)
Think they'll buy it?

Y'all be good while you're there, and conduct your research quietly. Prove Debbie wrong. We just found out about it this morning and we are opposed to it, Debbie Jordan said. It's not going to bring in a good crowd, and we've had those kinds of things in the past with it being a bar and it can get very loud.

Vassalboro is about 75 north of South Portland, up I95 to just above Augusta. They should be open by convention time.LIPH wrote:Depends, how close is it?mommar wrote:probably true...........you were hoping it was exactly what it is..........so you gonna stop by there on your way to the convention?LIPH wrote:I didn'tmommar wrote:citcat wrote:WELL !And here I was thinkin' Susan had opened a coffee shop.
