Idiots, not speaking American English. They make the various southern accents sound crystal clear.
With all due respect to how New Englanders speak, the "accent" that is considered to be the most pure, i.e. free of various regional dialects, is from Connecticut.

Do understand I'm having fun with this. I've got a great friend from New Hampshire. He's not so bad - he can get bad - but some of his friends - WOW.
Everybody sounds funny to me up there though. It's just as odd as people in Minneesotah, etc...

Bostonians were here before the rest of the New Englanders (except for maybe way northern Maine). We don't talk funny... It's the rest of you that talk funny.

Depending on whether I'm talking to my mother or to my friends from Virginia where I lived for 15 years, my kids say my accent can change radically within moments.

Reading! Well, that doesn't surprise me. I'm only about 45 minutes from there.
What's this place called and where is it in Reading?

According to a reverse lookup on the phone number, it's:
California Bar & Grill
Route 724 & Mountain View Rd
Shillington, PA 19607
And sure enough, here's their events page...
http://www.californiabarandgrill.biz/events.htm Jimmy Buffet [SIC] weekend with Jimmy and the Parrots. If I were Jimmy and the Parrots, I think I'd be on the phone pretty damn quick.
Oh, and for your emailing convenience:
contact@californiabarandgrill.biz
WOW! This name brought back some memories, I use to hang out here when in college.....many years ago.

I know what you mean Jen....I have family from Newfoundland, and after a couple of minutes on the phone with them, I start talking with an Irish accent, which is prevalent up there.
I always seem to pick up accents from where I've lived.....I'm one of the only people living in Vermont who says "hey" instead of hello and " y'all " on a regular basis

Now if people would stop saying 'like' and 'you know' and 'stuff' and talking with hands while on the phone then this nation would be well on its way to being something again.

My daughter is working right at this moment (@ California Bar & Grill), she's gonna die laughing at all this . Now to see if the banners they have hanging outside get changed to two T's also.

That would cost money. I would not expect a change there. Maybe next year, IF they remember.
BTW, the ads by Google at the bottom of each page on this Buffett site have Buffet misspelled.
