For what it's worth -- There's a brand new Comfort Suites at Pizza Hut Park, within 200 yards of our tailgate spot. (It's further to walk to the soccer stadium than it is to the hotel). I called today, and they are completely full the night of 4/25. I asked to be notified if any rooms become available, so we'll see. They did not confirm the concert date, and they did not know of any large group bookings. No other dates are sold out that I found - just that one.
Dang I was hoping to get a room there. :-?
the .. Uh.. well.. the place we stayed last year? the Holiday inn Express?

So far, Pharmgirl has agreed to handle the payments and accounting.
PharmBoy will help out with getting stuff to the tailgate.
Springparrot will handle the mailings.
RagtopW will stay on the Spain's to bring their asses.

That's a pretty good start...
Cups.........I got cups.

Just wanted to say Hi to everyone. We've been waiting for this thing to get started. I'll try to help with what we can from here in East Texas. BYOB sounds like the way to go. Look foward to the FRENZY, doesn't really matter what date it is cause THERE AINT NO PARTY LIKE A BUFFETT PARTY. All in.
