When my daughter walked in the door with him in a box 8 years ago, I couldn't see him, but knew it was another animal she had rescued. I said, "No, turn around and take it back". And she replied, "Mom, he's orange". She had me at orange.

Mufasa is a wonderful name. Just make sure when you call him you say his name like Whoopee Goldberg does in the movie (playing the hyena) all scared and in awe. That's a really funny scene.

I was idly watching Maury a week or two ago when he had a Whoopie Goldberg look alike on there. She said the funniest reaction she ever got was when someone ran across a parking lot and got in her face and demanded, "Say it! Mufasa!" I had no idea what they talking about until now. Forgot that part.

I love cats that talk...I have one. She's 21 years old and I'm so afraid this will be her last year. duh. I've never heard of a cat living longer than 21-22 years.
