I've always loved that picture!
I never have worn a cap backwards in my life,
but when attempting the flamingo bong it was hitting my brim,

Sigh....Just in case I needed any more complications for me trying to get tickets to both Detroit and Hawaii and working all day next Saturday (at a place with no computer), now a very close friend's father has died ....and of course his funeral is at 11:00 on Saturday with visitation starting at 10:00 and no visitation before that.

The person who was supposed to work all day Friday broke her foot. I have taken that day on and asked for someone to help me out with Saturday. Wish me luck.

I need to find a way to divide myself several ways...

I'm not too worried.....although looks like I'm going for lawn this year so not sure how that will go (wife may go if I buy lawns....No way will she put out $137+ for a pavilion though).
If she decides not to go then I'll just sell the lawns and score me a pavilion later.
I've got an inside connection but I think he'd only be good for pavilion seats. He took care of my friends last year.....lined him for this year just in case!

Here's a computer tip.....don't get too discouraged if you can't read the first word of the 2 word ticketmaster password. I've found that if you put down enough keystrokes it doesn't matter what the hell you typed for the first word. Try that before you get frustrated & just click the "can't read password" button.

I know, one of these years I just need to buck up and join. Thought about it when the Flint club was up and running, but found them a tad disorganized for me (I emailed to inquire about membership and they responded with a "do you want to run for office, too?" YIKES!!!!!!!!!!)


With little kids the Detroit club is just too far for me to commit to. I don't want to join something just to say I did, if I join, I want to be involved, so when my rugrats are a bit bigger then I will take a second look at it.
