Thanks to one of those untrustable newbies (think I just made up a word) with 1 post, I just got a heads up on T*Master having a pavilion ticket available. Checked back to see if there was more to pass along heads up to the rest of the board but nothing available.
So I'm centered behind the mixing board a bit. Not top notch, but at least when I hit the can I'll be able to find my seat (or a place to stand) without any problems!

I am here and the weather is beautiful for DTE.

Soon the whole Phlock will be following the Southern Cross to our One Particular Harbor (Clarkston Michigan)

I have just renewed my License to Chill so I am a Jolly Mon.

Thursday Schedule
1. 9:00 AM Pack coolers with Beer, Margaritas, and Captain and Coke, ice / Cheeseburgers and Brats
2. 10:00 AM Set up some tables out on the driveway for the pre-tailgate festivities
3. 11:00 AM Pre-tailgate concert "Clarkston Reefers" (My son Tommy on the Drums, Dave on geetar)
4. 2:00 PM Join the Phlock at DTE - about 2:00 ish (DTE is about a mile away from home)
5. 3:00 PM Set up camp in the parking lot
6. 3:30 PM Fire up the grill and eat mass quantities/ Drink many Margaritas / Sailing with the Captain
7. 4:00 PM Bask in the Margaritaville of it all!
8. 4:30 PM Tour the parking lot looking for shot luges, topless drinkers, and limbo games, launch some water balloons
9. 5:30 PM See #8
10. 6:00 PM Stumble into the show trusting that my parrothead friends help show me the way.
11. 8:00 PM Yell JIMMY! JIMMY! JIMMY etc...
12. 9:00 PM Sing along with EVERY JB and CRB song but not annoying any of my companions cause they are doing same!!
13. 10:30 PM Back to the vehicle where someone will drive me home.
14. 11:30 PM Dreamin' of all the great times and can't wait to do it again next year!!

Well there are a few exceptions..........I do like the pricier ones. Sure got my fill of Alexander Keith's while we were in Nova Scotia.

OK so I'm getting there kinda late tomorrow since both hubby and I are working till 4 p.m. Our drive is around 1 1/2 hours.

I made brownies and angel food cupcakes (sorry no rum cakes) and will bring down some dessert for those that are still in the parking lot when we arrive. That's assume I can find you guys

Last night I wished my 15yo daughter Happy Buffett-Eve (she gave me the teenager look)

We will be partying here at home in Clarkston with some live music from the "Clarkston Reefers".

Some pre-tailgate festivities this morning.

Then we all caravan over to Pine Knob (DTE) at around 2:00.

See you all there! I will be the one acting CRAZY in the parking lot!

Oh what a happy day it is.

Off to shower.......make some lunch and headed to the U S of A.

Short 8-12:00 workday here at the office (productive work, yeah right), then zip home & take care of the last minute arrangements. Meet up with the phriends, load the gear & Pine Knob bound by 2:00 pm. Should be in the lot by 2:45-3:00.
We'll be in the Black Chevy Suburban with fin on top & Margaritaville Logos painted on the windows (like we'll be the only ones)!
