interesting article about the roll out of their ticket sales and the quote from their CEO
"Anytime you have a major roll-out, you hold your breath and hope there are no major glitches,” Live Nation CEO of global music Jason Garner told Billboard of the launch. “We went live over the [holiday] break and I didn’t hear one complaint from anybody about the system.”

I am trying to get an email address of Jason so we can provide some feedback to him.
And did they have ANY major concerts go on sale over the holiday break? I suspect not...

I just got 4 on the lawn, also try the number posted on page 7, it was a 10 minute wait but I got through and they stayed on with me as internet site processed the order just in case it dumped me. See you in April!

Don't give up guys! I was frustrated at 10:00am this morning too. But persistence paid off. After about 20 minutes or so, I finally came up with 6 Lawn seats. I also tried back at about 1:10pm just to see if the lawns were sold out and I was still able to pull up 4 more lawns (which I didn't buy [smilie=cheeky-grin.gif])

So they ARE still available. You just have to be more stubborn than their website... 8)

See you in Raleigh!!!

Ok - now that we have put the horrible Live Nation ticket buying experience behind us - who is in and I can update the front page and start the phone list. Email or pm and I will try to get something up later today.

Wonder if they read the comments left on rollingstone.com? or if there's a way to reach the guy who wrote that article & update him on the "glitches" of the rollout?
Some people never find it, some only pretend

Well that was an interesting experience!

We ended up buying some singles here and there and got 2 in Sec 3 Row H separated by only 2 seats. I'm sure we can work something out with the 2 in between. :D

After your quarter comment yesterday, it might be best to keep a couple of seats between you!

Hints? I got a new costume for Xmas. Everyone at the house that morning was kind of looking at me funny after I opened the gift.
