Did anyone else get the reminder email from Live Nation with all the rules and things? No cameras, no tents, no this no that, asking people to car pool. Think they forgot Parrotheads do tailgate hard!!!

I remember last year at Bristow when we pulled in the parking lot my buddy who was a Buffett virgin was reading the signs that said no games or alcohol allowed and he freaked out. He was sure he was going to miss all the fun he had heard about.

Parrotheads dont believe in rules!

I think its messed up that they ask us to carpool yet we all pay a parking fee per ticket regardless.

I don't mind it so much. I figure as long as they let us come in and tailgate, I'm willing to pay a few extra bucks so they can hire help to clean up.

Most people in our groups do an excellent job cleaning up after ourselves, but even with that there is always something for the venue to clear away.

Duckett should be riding up with Larry and Garry.

We're back from St. Croix (got in at 3:00am this morning due to an extra 4 hours waiting for the plane in the Miami airport.

Looks like the caravan will pull out of the Wendy's Parking Lot around 2:00pm on Tuesday (Mrs. TTG has to work until 1:00pm)

I'll e-mail the contact list in a few hours and include directions to Wendy's etc.

The Fun Police did hassle a group near us in the RV section. Too many bottles in plain view and a bean bag game. Once the alcohol was hidden a bit, they were left alone.

yea...but supposedly lots aren't opening until three.....

Thats what it always says... and every year people show up at noon like clockwork and get in.

Last year, the premier/VIP lots opened earlier than general parking... IIRC premier opened at noon and general opened at 3:00.

With that in mind, I still would like to get in as early as possible. I thought that was kind of the point with buying the premier parking passes...

TTG and Mrs TTG, is there any way we can save a tent slot for you if the tailgate caravan still aims to leave between noon and 1:00 from Wendy's as TTG originally suggested?

I checked the notes from last year and we met at Wendy's at 1:20pm.

Y'all are welcome to do what you want (meet early), it's just worked in the past to try to get several cars motoring in to the lot at the same time and we can't get there until a little before 2:00pm. (with Raleigh being the same week, we've got to squeeze the "w" word in at some point this week )

I'm going to go ahead and send out the tailgate info with the 2:00pm meet time at Wendy's. If there's a group that wants to head in earlier, "No Worries Mon" , we'll do everything we can to link the 2 o'clock group in with the early group (if there is one).

Traditionally, the lots don't get real heavy until 3 or 4 pm
