But I sure expected to hear "Ground Control to Major Tom" when Harvey Keitel woke up.....

I didn't see a single episode since I missed the first three. I figure I'll wait and watch the whole thing on DVD some weekend. Glad to hear it was a good finale.

Excellent ending. My only question is, the woman he was always trying to get home to in 2008 was Maya, I think. Everyone else had a nice double meaning, (Wendy the neighbor, Wendy the computer, etc.) but I saw no reference to Maya. Did they just leave that hanging? Everything else closed full circle but that. Any thoughts or did I miss something?

Evidently what's-her-name(?) that played Maya didn't want to come back or they just had to go with what they could to end the series. I'll miss it. Such cool cars. Very realistic, even down to the curtains on the windows and carpet, etc. Brought back memories.

Oh. I like the British ending better. In fact, I thought that was how they were gonna end it so he could be with the girl cop. Except the fact that the young Sam still would've been around....?????????

The UK series will finally be available in the US on DVD, July 28.
Amazon shows a price of $44.99
hopefully that price will drop a bit soon. I've heard the UK series was very good.

Does that price cover series 1 and 2? You can pick up Series 1 here for £9, which is about $15. It wouldnt take long to copy and rewrite in US format.
