Absolutely, that would be fantastic. How far is that? Can't be too bad huh? I was thinking of tacking some time onto the weekend for a side trip to the Cape also anyway.

Hmmm...if this is the case, I might have to stick with the Thursday show. Saturday could be tough...I have grad school classes on Saturdays in June.

My advice is pretty simple: Look at the Chicken Box schedule and book a cheap room somewhere by the harbor for when Grace Potter is playing (Wailers and Entrain close seconds). If the weather is nice and Grace is playing it is the best time to go. Rent a bike (like 25 bucks for 24 hours) and check out the south beaches like Cisco and Surfside. Get a cheeseburger at the Rose and Crown . . . great way to spend 2 - 3 days cheap.

however, if mac plays a show on friday night i'll be hanging on the mainland til the show. perhaps we can beach it closer to the show. lets play it by ear.

oh tommy it's not that far and it's so worth it... hanging on the beach with great scenery and beach ...with an excellent bar... what's another 40 minutes????? i say beachcomber by day and trader ed's late afternoon or dinner??? of like i said in the post above...if mac plays, all bets are off.
