The 04 Hawaii show is a commercial release by mailboat records. Not permitted to copy. You can still get it from Mailboat I think .

the 07 hawaii show was never broadcast therefore I dont think anyone has a copy of it. Radio Margaritaville says they may use it as a concert replay but they have no idea when they will do it.
