Super Bowl Commercials

Post by SMLCHNG »

Well, despite the fact that E, Phaw and I decided that the comments by Al Michaels and John Madden made this the p*** Bowl..   Here's what we liked. :D And in no particular order.

Doritos: Crystal Ball
Doritos: "Crunch"
Pepsi for Men
Clydesdales "Fetch"
Clydesdales "Daisy" @ the Circus
Cars.com, boy genius
E-Trade, little kid singing
Telaflowers, flowers in a box
Cheetos, "birds"
Movie, "Monsters vs. Aliens"
"LMAO" !!!
Bridgestone Tires on the moon
Monster.com "Need a new job?"
Jake the Clydesdale, "Thanks great grandpa"
Careerbuilder.com "Hate your job?"

Loved all 3 of the clydesdales, they're always my favorites. But being a huge Mr Potato Head fan, I was partial to the Bridgestone commercial as well. And the hate your job one was classic. I actually cracked up over quite a few.

They were all pretty lame as usual except for the Careerbuilder.com "hate your job?" commercial.
I laughed out loud a little on that one.

First time I saw the CareerBuilder one, I couldn't really follow it.... so after viewing it on line, I'd have to say that was my favorite....

Followed very closely by the "office meeting" Bud Light commercial... perfect punchline
Tinley Park - June 30, Alpine - ???, Vegas -???

both the careerbuilder.com and last pepsi commercial sucked.

Coke had some good ones, and the Jake the Clydesdale one.. that was great.

The Troy Polamalu remake of the Mean Joe Greene Coke ad and the CareerBuilder.com with the punching the koala in the face and the guy in the Speedo ad were my two favorites.

Honorable mention to Bridgestone Potato Head.

Oh and Ed McMahon and MC Hammer pimpin' for Cash4Gold was sad and amusing all at the same time.
