Should I pack a light jacket??
a glad bag (for rain gear)

It looks like I may get in a night game at Miller park

Go Boy Scout on this one "Be prepared" it's a coin flip everyday around here. Could be 60 or 106 degrees.
Tailgating at Miller Park is a blast, and for me the best valued seats are on the first level in right field ($20). But if you tailgate long enough it doesn't matter where you sit. Have Fun!!!

Santa....welcome to Alpine! can't wait to meet (not meat) ya!!!
I would bring a light jacket and a sweatshirt and pants and prep for rain too just in case. If it's raining it may be a chilly night.
Miller Park should be OK, if the weather is bad they'll just close the roof.
but bring shorts too! chances are it will be a hot sunny late August day in cheesehead land

(let's hope it's not as chilly as 2001....but JB was the beginning of June that year).

I think you have my cutting board (the clear one) and a small knife? Just bring it along to the tailgate......

Ok all, final plans have been firmed up for the weekend bash! The party at Hemingways starts Friday August 28 at 5pm with music from….

Mr. Myers Trio
Johnny Russler & the Beach Bum Band
Matt Wahl
& The South Of Disorder Band

We have invited several guests who most will know to participate with our clan on misfits and gypsys, they will be around throughout the night and hopefully will grace the stage with the bands. A ton of freebies and raffles, promo gals, giveaways and samples. As always, our casa is your casa, tailgating and decorating is encouraged!

For those of you who have tixs to the show and are not taking either VE buses or your own and wish to have a stress free day and no DUIs, leave your car, boat, or bike at the restaurant - Hemingways has a no frills bus leaving Saturday afternoon for the show. Cost is $32/person roundtrip BYOB. Same buses used for VE and others. YOU NEED TO GET ON LIST AND PAY IN ADVANCE FOR THIS ONE - FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. Again contact us through VE or webpage.

The Pig Roast will start at 6PM Friday. Food served from 6-8pm. After that, we are keeping the kitchen open most of the night for all the late munchers.

This year's cost is $20.00 for the pig roast and entertainment. Advanced purchases before August 1st for the party are available at $15.00. We will send out email confirms/certs for advanced purchase. Contact us at our webpage or through BN for these.

Saturday - enjoy Tailgating before the concert on our 12 Acres with Bubba playing all day long! For those without the prized tixs for the show, we will be listening to it live.

Saturday night, The David Marshall Band (one of our favorites) will be entertaining us after the show.

The party continues Sunday with Bloody Marys and breakfast omelettes to help with the hangovers and re-nourishment for our return trips to reality. We will open at 10am with music from The Matt Haeffel Band Sunday afternoon playing music from the Dave Mathews band, Jack Johnson and originals!!

I just need to have a season of not being in charge. I'll still contribute to the fun. Last year drained me too much. Couldn't enjoy the show as much.

I just don't know anyone's plans yet?
