Hey Fellow Alpine Parrotheads..

I have 6 rooms at the AmericInn in Elkhorn WI that I am going to be cancelling in the next few minutes. It's super close to Alpine, so wanted to give you all the first heads up in case you were looking for rooms. Fins Up! See you all at the show!

You know, those of us that are going to go, we need to figure out first of all who's going to be there. Anyone wanna start a list? Wino, you've got the second post on the first page; maybe you can go back and edit a list into there.....?

The other thing is, how are we gonna find each other? Or are we all going to try to locate each other at Hemingway's night-before party first?

I will be there! I am staying at the Baymont in Waterford Saturday night, I try to get there about 10am to partake in some early festivities in the hotel parking lot. Then off to Alpine. I'm from Sun prairie (near Madison). Anyone else from the area staying at the Baymont.

29 DAYS!!!!

We have about 10 rooms for Fri and sat at the Bbaymont in Waterford and it sounds like a great place.

Does anyone have that nifty map of the parking lots,etc for alpine? I know i have seen it in the past, but can't find it now.

They are telling us that busses are to be in the red lot.... we had always parked in the yellow lot before... and fees went up to 100.00 a bus now.... yeehaa

Thank you! that is perfect.... we were always in the blue lot or the limo lot, but we used to arrive around 3... this year we plan to get there at noon, so red lot it probably is... Last year parking for busses was 50...talk about gouging!!!

Quick update (prior to our rainy departure to Toyota Park today) - spoke with Rob regarding number of people we can take on bus from Hemingways, I thought less than he said so we have 14 seats left, first come basis. Cost 32/person. Plan is to preparty at Hemingways around noon and leave between 230 & 330 for tailgating and show. If anyone decides they would rather leave the driving to others, jump aboard. Good until we fill up. This is a transport bus only, you have to have your tixs for the show. Hemingways throwing on a few 3 gallon jugs of Margys and Pirates Blood, water and whatever munchies we can get together (byob).

See you all in 20 days! Off to see the Bubba!
