Sitting next to me in my office is my cooler, lawn chairs, grill, tailgate bucket, propane tanks, leis, etc.

I'm hoping to be semi-ready this time and just throw the stuff in the car in the morning. Although that hangover from hanging with Mac and the rest of the bunch at Margaritaville the night before is something I'm trying to avoid.

Since it won't get dark until later, using my sombrero as your beacon to navigate won't actually work till around 7:30-8ish. But I am good for using after the show to find your way back to the tailgate.

i can only pack what i can carry onto the plane. that's usually not a problem for me, but i'd like to pack a few beach towels and a couple of soft sided coolers.

my flight leaves so soon after the sw counter opens, that i really don't want to have to check anything. the sw counter and security is a zoo at that time of morning. i'd hate to be still trying to check bags when i'm supposed to be lining up.

but i'm pretty sure i can get them into a carry on....

Now you all are getting ME excited!!!!

We sang last night at BD's and decided that next Wednesday is Buffett Tribute night so I am making Jon learn all the cool Buffett songs.... he has his work cut out for him!!! So That is when my "vacation" starts since I work up until next Wed - So glad a lot of you are starting early though!! Can't wait to see so many old phriends -- and new phriends..... WOOO HOOO!!!!!!

Wait a sec...the BD's in Lakeland? I walked right by there with my daughter on my way to Cork and Olive. It looked like a great time! I didn't realize they did karaoke there.

Since I'm local, I'll be packing some extra chairs and will set up near the Tiki Bar guys. I'm sure there will be plenty of lounging space for those who can't pack too much since they're flying. I'm on the lookout for some new tailgate chairs(orange and blue) also, so I'm sure we'll have plenty of seating space.

Also, if I can get some help setting up our tailgate canopy, I might be packing that. We'll see if it fits in the car. It's not bad to set up, but a pain to take down after partaking in many adult beverages. We have lots of shade in the BN tailgate spot, but it never hurts to have more.
