Ah right. I didn't see that you had posted it before. Sorry about that Dave.
If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

Life is short, live long!!

I'd rather be a wiseass than a dumbass.

Hey Gang!!! Just got an email from Steve Kareta (Changes in Latitudes). I wanted to see what everyone thought of this and get back to him...

Hey Fans!!!!!!!!
If "Changes In Latitudes" were to host a show with a few folks from Jimmy Buffett's "Coral Reefer Band", who would be interested in coming? The show will be on this Friday, June 26th, in between Buffett's shows on Thursday and Saturday, June 25 & 27. We are looking at several venues in the area near the Comcast Center where Jimmy is playing this coming week. Talk to me!!! Let me know if you're interested in this event, so I know what size room to book!!!!

Peace and Phins Up!
Steve / Changes In Latitudes

.... no idea 'who' hes talking about but am sure it'll be a great time! Talked to Chris and they'd be on board... who else?
just a few more days!!! ~~~~~

based on the posts in the GW threads of people wanting to know what's going on Friday night, I'm willing to bet we could get 2-3 dozen people to go to this show easily.

Yep, definately an evening type of thing. I will have to leave around 11pm to pick my friend up in Providence airport but that should still give me a few hours of fun there!.. after a day at the beach! :-)

Interesting. Too bad I don't know the owner of Johnny Mac's in Attleboro any more or I could have asked if he was interested in booking them.

If I didn't say it, I'm in too for what Tammy suggested. If the band is looking for a place to play, it looks like the Chieftain Pub in Plainville (which is two towns over on Route 1 and 106) has an opening for the 26th now. It's an Irish Pub. I'm still trying to remember what the name of the place where we met up on the Sharon/Walpole line last year. It was across the street from the Holiday Inn Express.

mapquest has it about 60 miles away...going 495 to mass pike down 395...almost into CT.....You could probably take route 16 in Milford and go through uxbridge....a lot less miles,,,,but all back roads!!

If you're suggesting the first, I agree with you, even though it's longer (since most of our hotels are not that far from 495 anyway).
