Tailgate Info

We know that all of us are dying to spend some time with Matt and his incredible set-up, but not everyone will be spending the entire time there so.............

A group of us is caravaning to the parking lot at 10:30 am leaving from the McDonalds at 7701 S. Harlem. This means we can all park together, and, hopefully, like on the 8th, get in the first row of parking. If you are going to be part of the caravan, let pm ejr so we know to wait for you or check in with you (if you are on the cell phone list).

For those coming at another time, you want to make sure to enter the EAST parking lot which you access on 71st Street, just west of Harlem. Entering the lot from Harlem will put you in the north lot-you can get to the early group, but you will be a ways away.

If you want to join the carvanning group for food, etc--candyman will once again supply burgers (pm ejr to let her know you want to be included).

Please let us know by Tuesday night so we can make sure we have enough burgers!

Making up for all the crap of last year, I guess.

Actually, I wouldn't necessarily call it living the GOOD life this summer, but rather, the LUCKY life.
The timing of everything, for whatever reason, just seemed to work out perfectly.
I checked the vacation calendar at work, and on the dates of every concert I'm wanting to go to, nobody has requested that time off, and I'm not scheduled for any in-service classes during those times.
SO, I guess, take advantage of the opportunities I've been handed.
Work a little overtime here and there, cut back where I can, be frugal, and lo & behold, I get to play Jimmy Buffett all summer long.

Well, I'm really hoping for a presale before then. I'm not looking forward to the actual internet fiasco. are you reefering to that nightmare as reported? I'm wondering if I should go stand in line somewhere but doubt that would be any better at this point.

When I checked last night, Toyota Park's website was saying Ticketmaster, and the link on margaritaville.com takes you to Ticketmaster as well.

Heard a radio commercial this morning for the shows and they said Ticketmaster as well....

Gypsygirl and Mr. Gypsy will be there... we will probably have 4-6 others with us this year.
