I THINK I'll be up there Friday. maybe we could all hook up for dinner at a good seafood or Mexican place? Is there a daytime activity we could do in the afternoon (assuming the Thursday night show peeps will want to sleep in a bit!)

Restaurants will be busy on Friday night, so if we're expecting to be a group of 8 or more, we should prolly get a reservation somewhere. Seeing that we have um, a bit of time, I'd wait at least 200 days before trying to get a dinner reservation.

Woo hoo!
Since I don't even know if I'll have a job (and therefore don't know if I'll be able to get Friday off) I can't commit yet.

Maybe there will be a Mac show at the State Theater again. That was great and there is a place to eat across the street - Clare and Don's Beach Shack. Although they did have a bit of a 'tude, it keeps us in the tropical spirit.
And I agree with the Lowe's parking lot. It's so close to the venue.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Pinot Noir in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming "WOO HOO"

Excellent idea! I've never been to a Mac show!
