I am trying to find out if anyone knows of any camping options close to Riverbend in Cincy for the August 6th show? It's been a few years since I've been there. Is the tailgating still good at this venue?

Yes, the tailgating is still a huge party. I'm not sure about any official campsites but a lot of people camp out across from Riverbend and Coney Island. There are a lot of empty/abandoned parking lots along Kelloggs Ave that people usually camp at but I don't know if they are first come/first serve or if you can reserve them in advance.

Across the street I am pretty sure you cannot camp there. I do believe that there used a person that used to allow campers but was busted a few years back.

Thanks for the info. The Riverbend website is pretty crappy on giving out important info.

I haven't been there in years, but when we did go I believe we camped at a small place about 30 minutes north. The place was terrible though and with Ohio being a somewhat dry state after certain times of the day, I would suggest looking for a spot just on the other side of the border. You'll be a bit further away, but at least you can get the booze you'll need and it wouldn't be a hell of a lot longer to drive.
Unfortunately, we have since moved across the world and I can not seem to remember the name or details of where we camped...sorry and good luck.
