I think it's embarrassing to her family but I'm sure she loves the attention of looking like some sort of victim.

Aside from the fact that she blames her Mother for her lonely childhood (b/c she didn't have any more children), which she says is why she wanted to have a lot of children herself...?

Sad thing is, it's not her Mother's fault...it's her own; but she has yet to accept responsibility for her actions.

k, I guess I don't see the lack of brothers/sisters as a victim thing.

not only that but in recent interviews octu-garandma has stated she has not seen one dime; that she has been paying all the housing and food for these kids.

After 8 years of various treatments we could have bought a house...at least, with what we spent on Fertility treatments.
But I digress...

I heard she used money from a disability claim she collected because of a riot at a Psychiatric Hospital where she worked. I think she got ~$165,000 for some sort of back injury. :-?
I'm having a hard time digesting this story. We also went through years of fertility treatments ("Fertility Follies" as I called it) and concluded with 3 IVF rounds. What I can recall is that we had to go through quite an application process to even be accepted into the program. The maximum number of embryos that could be implanted at one time was three, with the doctors hoping that at least 1 would "take". There is something very fishy about this story... no reputable IVF program would even consider implanting 6 embryos (apparently two split into two sets of twins) much less consider a woman who already has 6 children under the age of 8. There's much more to this story and it will probably raise my blood pressure higher to find out the truth. In the end, the IVF treatments didn't work for us, we adopted our son (now 15) who is a complete joy (minus the teenage stuff!).

Isn't the doctor being investigated now?

The teenage stuff passes.
