In preparation of my trying for Nissan tickets this Saturday, last evening I accessed my Live Nation account. I logged onto livenation.com and the email & password from last season worked fine.....until I tried to access the "My Tickets" tab which is where I thought my account info was (I was wrong). At "My Tickets" I was asked for a username & password. Thinking this was my email address & password used before, I tried, I was wrong. So I sent an email for assistance. Received an email back saying I would need to call to get this "new" password. I called. Nice enough young lady answered and she asked whether I was trying to access livenation.com or mylivenation.com. I said I didn't know the difference. She couldn't explain it to me. So, she sent me a confirmation email with a new username & password.
Completely confused, while I was on the phone with my new friend I logged into livenation.com and found that mylivenation.com is a tab from that page. I think that it is from mylivenation.com that I actually find the desired concert date and click to buy. Honestly, at this point, I was telling her things about the system.......
Bottom line, now that I fear my Live Nation account is totally screwed up I'm guessing I should just scrap the online process and call for tickets (she did confirm the ticket phone order number that has appeared in previous posts here at BN). There are many of you here that are much more experienced than me in buying Buffett tickets. Do you agree that the phone might be my best bet?????
