I looked into shipping a bag, the cost IS crazy. I'll just have to wear the same things over and over after they've been washed in the sink! I may ship souveniers home though depending on how much and what I buy.

i thought i saw somewhere it was just Jimmy at St Barts......has for the Rest of the CRB they could still play...Wed , Thurs , Fri at MOTM ...get on a plane on Sat to Orlando or Melbourne ( short flights) and make the cruise...they usually depart at night i think.
i guess if they did Friday in St Barts ...they could get there also.

Yeah, I was never under the impression it was supposed to be everyone really, even after I got some fairly solid info otherwise. If they didn't come down from Tampa in 07 on their day off between concerts I'm not sure they'll do it this time either. But you never know. They could still do Streetfest on Friday or even the Casa on Thurs.

I just bought a new ultralightweight suitcase that only weighs 10 pounds on it's own and it's 27 inches high. Here's hoping it works! My regular suitcases are pretty heavy even before I put anything in them.

Just do what I do . . . pack a carry on back-pack. Get what you need there. You can save room by not packing underwear. Perhaps that is too much information . . . but when dealing with airlines and their fees it is simply too valuable to not share.

On our last cruise the entertainment was picked up at one port and dropped off at another. So they could get on anywhere.

Remember...it is the Tropics...Hot and humid all the time......most wear silk or linen....very lightweight....you can leave all the froo-froo stuff at home because you will SWEAT!!!.. one pair of sandals and one "nice" pair of shoes to go with everything.....braless is the order of the day so save the weight and only take the one you have on....you can pick up small bottles of anything you need at Match or the pharmacy...carry on will make the transfer in SXM MUCH easier...jump in the pool at the end of the day with your shorts and t shirt on and it will be dry for the next day..rinse and repeat......RELAX.

linen is right out...too wrinkle-y. silk or a quick dry something. i pretty much live in strappy lightweight sundresses when i'm not in a bathing suit +/- a coverup. i do agree, braless was in the last time i was there. however, pam can't get away with that one. she's gifted in that department.
unless the top is so tight it holds the girls in place!!
it's sooo much easier when you're a guy. us chicks like to have a variety of sandals and clothes to choose from. i always over pack and i've been there...well,

Well seeing that the other 2 fine ladies have checked in on going braless or not I will state it right here that I will be sporting a bra not due to my girls being big either. There I feel better.
Scarlet, looks like we now know............Ha
Geed, sweaty boobs are not fun.

Hmmmm......I knew I should have kept my thoughts to myself. Of course guys like the girls all sweaty and slippery. Must be the euro in me, but I will confess to considering the whole euro sunbathing though while there.

Come on, it's St. Barts.....
Ryan you and Shelli will have to be on the other side of the beach. Ha!!

topless bathing doesn't bother me... it's the fact that others have to see me also. i need to be in better shape!

Carol I would have to find a nice quiet secluded little spot to do this. Then as far as shape......I have to agree on this. I'm to old to worry about what others think within reason of course. Life is short. Have fun with it.
I think you look pretty good Carol. Go for it. Come on let's do it. Not together of course. We will all have to find that quiet secluded spot. Ha

Last June my wife and I were having some bubbly and lobster salad for lunch at the La Plage beach bar in St. Jean....which is by no means a clothing optional beach.....ten feet away was a "lady" totally nude lying in a chaise lounge on her back facing us....you get the picture.....I was a little distracted. She then got up and walked INTO the restaurant with her towell OVER her shoulder....no one gave a second look....my neck still hurts from that one. So don't worry what others think, you cannot shock on SBH.....7 weeks and counting till PARADISE...God I love that Island....
