I can't wait to go. We are having a big outbreak of flu at our high school. I told my daughter either get it now or please wait till I get back. Has me a little worried. When she gets sick, she really gets sick. Saying prayers that we ALL stay healthy.

Hey girls, I'm picking up the shirts today!!!! :D
I think Boucaniers is fine. I believe it is on the other side of the harbour but not far. I was thinking Cantina but I don't know anything about it. it's close and the owner doesn't speak English, I didn't know if that might make a diff to some.

Shirley, thanks for getting the shirts. Please let me know about payment info & sending it

MacPhin is correct-

There is one hour difference between St. Barths and the East Coast of the USA when Standard Time is in effect in the USA and Canada. Thus, when it is seven o'clock in St. Barths, it is only six o'clock in New York or Toronto. The island tells time the French way: 1 p.m., for example, is 13 hours, and midnight is 24 hours. During daylight savings time, there is no difference in time between St. Barths and the east coast of the USA.

Actually, I guess I have it backwards. We are on the same time until Sunday the 8th. Thanks Greg and I hope to meet you over the weekend with Pam. :D

I picked up the shirts and they did a fantastic job. I would post a picture but that would take the fun out of getting the package in the mail.

Rickyb I don't have your address. Pm coming your way.

I will mail them out Monday and send a final bill (shouldn't be more than $2 for the postage).

Hi, Greg.

St Barth is synonymous with Margarittaville.

Jimmy Buffett
What time zone am I on?
What country am I in?

Alan Jackson
It doesn't matter, it's five o'clock somewhere

Jimmy Buffett
It's always on 5 in margarittaville come to think of it

The whole week should be fun for everyone. If anyone going to St Barth has not rented a car, there is a bargain if one rents on the www.budget.com website (use sbh as the airport code.) If you rent directly from the Budget website that only serves the St Barth agency (http://www.st-barths.com/budget/), the basic car is 252 euros per week. However, if you reserve the same car on www.budget.com the cost is 252 dollars per week. Make sure to take your printed reservation and confirmation number with you when you pick up the car on St Barth.

we have a villa in Flamands, but plan on spending most of our time at the quay over the weekend. We will be there from the 5th til the 12th. We wanted to spend a little quiet time on the island after the show. Can't tell you how excited we are to be coming!!!! My wife was pregnant for Anguilla so we couldn't make that one, but the was no way we would miss this!

..Scarlet...you are going to have a LOT of new friends after this.....You will be introduced to Marius..I know JEK and Lloyd will make sure of that...and Martin.....all very good friends of Marius.....The drill is, Marius usually shows up on a daily basis around 11-11:30 at the big table under the tree A.K.A. the "office". He lives for the companionship of everyone that enjoys what he has endured and created..you will not be bothering him. He will be delighted to make a new friend....part of the St. Barts magic....and he will always remember you when you return(and you will)................Does "I have found me a home" ring a bell?

I think I"ve mended most fences over at that other site, which is good, after all, we're all there to have a good time whatever that means for each of us as an individual.
