You should make prints, limited edition, it really is very good.

Hey thanks! I actually do offer prints on fine arts paper or on canvas as well. However they are open edition prints instead of limited edition prints. For prints on cnavas, I can enhance them with additional brush strokes and paint to look and feel very close to the original, along with adding an original signature. There is more information on my website!

I had four different reference photos I worked from to come up with this composition.
I took them all myself. One was of each bird, then the tree and then the background ocean. I often come up with an idea that is not captured in just one photo, so I hunt up others to help me put together my composition and then go for it!
And you took the ref pics yourself, nice.

We need a Parrothead Arts & Crafts section. I'm sure we have tons of talent in this group.

I am offended by that comment deeply. If that is the way some of you take it then please forgive me. I only found out about this forum the day I posted from my Aunt. Painting feeds my soul in a way that I cannot even begin to imagine. I have finally found my calling, my goal is to share my art with the world and to connect, to cause the viewer to feel, remeber, laugh , to bring them a place to escape. I posted this painting for no other purpose but to share and in the hope that it may find it's way to Jimmy. I don't care if I sell or not, my art has never been about the money fortunately I am in a possition where I do not have to depend on that. However it does cost money to create art and if there is interest in my work then I offer it for sale. I only posted the information about prints because of the feedback listed directly above. My only goal was truly to share.....read my bio on my website, hopefully that will give you insite in to the person that I am.
