It does help to have a new one to love. I got a new kitten three weeks after losing pippi in December... We thought Tux was a male, but she got her first heat and proved us wrong! She was spayed two days ago and is doing well now. A very sweet little girl, but more impish than my sweet loving kitty who died was this one's age now.
