You and I just have so much in common!

Grade school, I was an Indian... they have since changed to Wildcats though - not sure when.

HS, I was a Blue Devil.

And college, I was a Lancer. At some point, someone asked "what's a Lancer?" And I replied "a dude, on a horse, with a stick!" So that became an oft repeated phrase for the duration.

College: RPI (Rensselaer)
The basketball, baseball, softball and soccer teams have adopted the Red Hawk as the official mascot.

Other teams such as football, hockey and track & field have retained "Engineers" as their team name. And the ever popular hockey mascot, Puckman:
