Still pulling tickets for IL. 8-15

Post by lminor26 »

I am amazed that I am still pulling tickets for Ill. 8-15. I have never been to this venue, but we are planning to go there this year. We usually migrate toward Charlotte or Indiana, but we have decided to go a little more north. (never been that far north as I am from AL). Anyway, i guess there are a couple of factors in why tickets are still available. 1--there are 2 shows there within a week. 2--economy.

Now I just have to decide which shirt I want to date for that night. I may have a one night stand with a coconut shell Brassiere...who knows.

I still haven't bought my tickets, though. I keep having to use my stash to pay for less important things like tires for the car, etc. If I have to, I guess I'll get them on Ebay later, but they way it looks I'll be able to just get them on Ticketmaster right up till date.

Its a great venue, although there are no "lawn" seats (it is a pavillion). Saw DMB there last year, and as a Chicago native, I would rather see a show there than Tinley Park/Tweeter Center.

Should be a good show. I will be missing it this year and only heading to Alpine Valley.

I was pulling tickets for this show last year up to the day of the concert. And there were literally hundreds for sale in the lot the day of the show.

Not surprising at all.

This is only the second year Jimmy has played at Toyota Park so you will be like lots of others who have never seen him there.

Even with no lawn, we thought the venue did a great job! Come check out the Who's Going to thread: viewtopic.php?f=40&t=74884
