I got one a few weeks ago. And a bonus for the year. Neither were huge, but still grateful that they were there.

So next season when my war room is complete with 4 - 72" HD TVS, and 3 47" HD TV's is all complete, I am gonna have to get Direct---- Wow--- Better get another part time job.

I got NFL Sunday ticket free the first year I had DirecTV, but I wouldn't pay for it after that. It's like $300 bucks a year Not really worth it to me. I guess if you lived outside of your team's TV market it would be a good thing.

They must have a lot of people shelling out for it, if they can afford $1B a year.

I'm not going to switch over to DirecTV just for the Sunday ticket. I wouldnt mind haveing access to all the games. My team isnt from my market so I usually only get two see them twice a year as they are in the same division as one of the local teams. I will stick to listening to the games on sirius as long as that is around.

I'm glad to see that efforts are being made to expand total access to include the internet also.
Some of us have pretty good deals with local cable, and don't wish to jump to satellite.

Exactly, I get my internet, phone and tv through cable for a pretty good price so I'm not switching.

I've watched a couple of games at a friends house who has this and it nearly drove me crazy.
Thank goodness when we went over there for the SuperBowl, there was only one game on to watch!

So that's why my bill went up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't do the NFL ticket because I get my local team anyway but we also get NFL Network which carries those extra games that cable people can't see
