"You live half a mile from the 20,000-square foot home you can't go to anymore, you're driving through downtown Clearwater and see a 19-year-old boy driving your Escalade, and you know that a 19-year-old boy is sleeping in your bed, with your wife . . . I totally understand OJ. I get it."
CNN.com also confirmed a quote from Hogan in the Rolling Stone interview, where he said, "I could have turned everything into a crime scene like O.J., cutting everybody's throat."
I don't think I would have said that to the press
I am not a huge Hulk Hogan fan but the very disgusting media (reporter) someone - took what he said COMPLETELY out of context. I heard him this am on a radio show talking about it. The reporter he was with (Rolling Stones) for three days asked him if he ever felt like completely losing it... which of course is a baited question. He said of course he could of - anybody COULD HAVE in his situation.. but he said he took the high road..... He has Christ in his life and he is breathing clean air. It's all sensationalism - and that's exactly what happened - the media whores jumped all over the story and his disgusting ex -wife is now in "fear" - and btw - she canceled her flight home before the story even came out bc she didn't want to show up for a depostion as to why she is spending so much money a month (she gets 40,000 in alimony monthly and wants more) I heard the whole thing - and FOX news wsa the worse with the way they made it sound. He said he UNDERSTANDS why OJ did it - he doesn't condone it. OJ is sick, twisted, and Mean.... and that's how hedealt with it Terry said. So I hope those of you who are quick to judge - read the whole story that comes out before you start making comments. It really shows you what pigs the media can be and what they will do for a story. Like I said - not a fan - but I hate to see people misrepresented!
So how about you retitle this thread "Hulk Hogan completely misrepresented and taken out of context so we can sell a story"
"In self-defense and in defense of the innocent, killing is not murder, hesitation is not moral, and cowardice is the only sin". -- page 306, "The Darkest Evening of the Year", Dean R. Koontz.

Rolling Stone has been getting a reputation for doing hack job interviews lately. No wonder they are having trouble selling magazines, they are becoming nothing more than a tabloid.
Not like some of the great stuff they published when I was younger.
