Today marks the end of the first week "Smoke Free".
Everything is going well for me, Connie on the other hand is having a bit of a tougher time of it.
She'll make it I'm sure but a little extra Phin Power from you guys could be just what she needs.

Repeat after me...
I AM a non-smoker.
I AM a non-smoker.
I AM a non-smoker.
Not only that, as of today you and Don passed the $100 mark of money saved. ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS! You should take each other out to dinner tonight.

I had my last cigarette at 9:10pm a week ago. I've thought about it - especially after my day yesterday. But so far so good!!!
Thanks everyone for the well wishes and the support. My support person (RhumChum) called me yesterday to see how I was doing. It's always great to get her calls.

Crap I feel for you!!! Last night I moved into an old house that was falling apart and didn't have air conditioning, heating or decent plumbing. It was weird but not frightening like the zombies in their underwear.

Good luck Connie, I quit twice, the first time I foolishly had one cig in a bar and that was it. The second time I got sick and had a mild case of pneumonia, so I had to quit, I quit for two weeks, and thought, I can do this, that was in 1981 and I haven't looked back.
Go for it
