If the album in question is the one that may possibly include Summerzcool and the other new songs Buffett has been debuting on this current tour he mentioned a likely album release of those songs this fall in the most recent interview he did with Radio Margaritaville. Chances are, that all encores project has already gone the way of the Coastal Confessions DVD that never came out.

Since the notice from Mailboat prominently features the artwork from the Summerzcool single download I get the impression it will be an album of all new material but who knows for sure? When Buffett mentioned a possible fall release in that recent Radio Margaritaville interview it was in reference to the new songs he'd worked up for the tour this summer.

I concur - time for a new record with new JB songs. The live acoustic encores album IS a great idea seeing that it, I'm guessing, wouldn't have the usual on it. We don't need acoustic versions of any of the SYKBH right? But yeah, it's gone the way of Joe Merchant and Coastal Confessions...

But a new album would be fun. Hopefully it won't be called Summerzcool...but something a bit more not so 'Like, you know'-esque...

Also the artwork for the Summerzcool single seems just a tincy wincy bit TTWWY leftoverish.

Which seems to be the MO nowadays. Last year the tour was hyped with LTC pictures...
