Yes- Cincy '08

Many years ago .... and I hope just once again before I check out.

Twice, and oddly enough both times were last year. The Hurricane Hannah show at Great Woods in September and Vegas in October.

you might want to check the set list thread for this, but i am thinkng it was 2 years ago at the second fillmore show in san francisco, and then vegas after that.

No but ETP performed it on an airplane leaving DFW one year.

I saw JB perform G.O.D. in the early 80's at Carowinds, In 1990 at Charlotte Memorial Stadium (the imfamous 45 minute show, I was on the front row!), and in Atlanta on the Stumpo the Bando tour. I believe I have seen him sing 1 other time but can't specically recal. Anyone ever see him play "The Lawyer and the a**hole" which he only performed live in 1983 and/or 1984. A very funny song in response to not being able to play G.O.D.

Yeah, aside from being my first show, I know it was great to have Jimmy back in the Carolinas.

Saw him play it in Charlotte last year, and several times in the late 70's and early 80's. And, yes, I saw him play the TLATA the first tour he was not allowed to play God's Own Drunk. While he sang the "kiss my a$$" part, he turned his back to the audience, bent over and pointed at his rear end. We were rolling in the aisles laughing.

I really enjoyed hearing it at the Hurricane Hannah show last year. Sadly the drunk college kids behind us weren't, and kept yelling for Jimmy to "sing a song"

Yep, final encore last year in Charlotte. God's Own Drunk was the first song (other than the couple played on the radio) that I was introduced to in 1978 - from that point on I was hooked!

Cincy 2008, and October 25, 2008 in Las Vegas.
