We're going to Vegas whether Jimmy shows or not. Hope to see some of you there who might be in the same boat. We're taking the weather with us and gonna have great time -as always! Hell, maybe we can get the Flamingo to put on a
"Wish•Jimmy•was•Here•FEST" in one of the convention room halls for all of us who booked flights & rooms (bookings they want to KEEP). Get several Buffett tribute bands to play....The Cheeseburgers, Tommy Rocker, maybe A1A. Offer some cool giveaway packages. Or just have the Street Party go til midnight and invite all of Vegas to participate. It would ease the pain a little for those who invested and are coming regardless. I'm just half-kidding on this one.
Jimmy, again, we love you, man. I'm not sure what happen here. You've given us all too many great times to even count- and we've appreciated every last one. I just hope at some point in time you let us in on what took place here. We just wanna believe you care about us and you realize this did affect a lot of us in a big way. Truth is we'll probably keep showing up anyway...sometimes even when you might not.
