I have my room booked at the Microtel too, looks like a lot of other BN'ers are staying there too. It's great that they have the shuttle to Mohegan Sun. Looking forward to seeing everyone again in November.

I stayed at the Best Western last time but they wanted $200 a night with a 2 night min. Microtel was under $100 a night with a 2 night min -so I got 2 nights for the price of 1 at Best Western!!!

OK, I told Tam yesterday I wasn't gonna do this show....buuuuuuuuuut......it's looking like I might just be bringing my niece to her first JB show. My brother and the family came over today, and we discussed it....make it an early Xmas present. I might have to be responsible at a JB show

Has anyone been to a show at Mohegan Sun before? How does the tailgating go... especially this year... since it will be cold. Is there a seperate parking lot just for concerts? Tailgating in a parking garage seems like no fun.. I'm also thinking about booking a room at the microtel

in the past they had tailgating in the Winter lot.......being mid November......i guess you can still!!!!...stay tuned as i'm sure things will come out!!

I must be having withdrawals from the concert this weekend! I really want to go to THIS concert! I used to live seriously, 5 mins from Mohegan! GAH! Why did I mooovvee???

For the people driving to Groton, be advised the road will be FULL of cops. I remember one year (I think it was a JB Concert) they set up a check point at the Gales Ferry Fire Station. Sounds like the Microtel has a pretty good deal with the shuttle! Have a great time!

I agree with you, I really want to do this show. It will depend on AFinnsUp view, cost of tickets, availability of a sitter. HHhmmmm, can I coordinate that all before 9/14?

our club tix announcement already went out but no idea about on sale.. you'd think we'd get a little warning but, oh well! But after 4 shows already this year.. I may be in Margaritaville listening on RM and drinking margs!

Planning on being there Friday night with Christine! And trying to get some of my MA crew to join us!

I've heard the plan is to tailgate as usual in the winter lot.. just for once.. it'll actually feel like winter! Brrr... Thats what the rum is for of course! Wear an extra layer and you'll be fine!
