AKA - are the Debout seats reserved or is everything first come first serve? The pictures look like there are seats.

Debout means standing (it also means 'show a leg' but thats for another day ) my understanding of this is that the seats are removed for some concerts and that is what is likely to happen on the ground floor (first floor to most of you guys... ) If your ticket says orchestra you are in the area in front of the stage and location will be on a first come first served basis. The upper levels are likely to retain their seats.
I thought what I would do is have a walk along to La Cigale on thursday or friday and ask them what time they open etc. I can let you know on friday night.....
