Midday Thursday, sitting in the eurostar station in London catching the 1229 train to Paree. It's a mighty short train ride.
See you all at Jakes tonight. "It's 5 o clock here"

Last night was fun at the New Morning, good to meet everyone again. Sally and I stood by the bar waiting for the show to start. In front of us talking were Robert and Ilo with other reefers coming past.
Show started with Jake playing for about an hour before being joined by Robert for one number. The others came on stage and the set list went something like this.
A Pirate looks at 40 - Mac
Creola - Nadirah
Making music for money - Nadirah
In The City - Mac
Let me love you - Ilo
Home Again - Ilo
Suzanna - Peter
Volcano - All
Jake Solo
No Jimmy but still a fun night, not sure if they expected him.

Roxane,
Thats the same message as when Jimmy 1st played, the one where he was on stage at 8.
David
David.....
I have never disagreed with you about your insistance that Jimmy was on stage early - however - both Andy and I do not remember that being the case
Are you sure you changed you watch to french time and were not still operating on GMT
We didnt arrive there until quite late and remember everything running to time......
Just a thought!!
No we had been in Paris a day.
good news the Paris concert has made the front page of Buffett News, bad news start time of 10pm.
On the Eurostar at midday tomorrow, see you all soon
Thanks to all of you who helped to make this trip so special. We could have never managed so well without your words of advice on travel and where to stay and what to do!
The hotel was great for us...thanks to Margaret and John, the Yorkshire Parrotheads. The bus from and to the airport worked out perfectly!!
Good to see so many of you from Buffettnews! Happy for Deb and Barb and no shoes~Roxane for getting front and center! Like Jimmy said about Dutch Harbor~Marcus and Wifey Poo's FISHING FOR FLIPFLOP gear..." that was pretty cool." :::High Five::: to Marcus.
Fins up!
