How the hell do I post a picture for my avatar? maybe I had too much Landshark tonight, but I cant figure it out

What about my signature, how do I get a pic in my signature? Man oh man, I am not tech savy

Go to "USER CONTROL PANEL" (up top)
Click on "PROFILE" (on the left)
Click on "EDIT SIGNATURE" (also on the left)
Click on "IMG" (right above the text box)
In between the [img]HERE[/img], post the URL of the picture.
That's it!
