Pit tix for 6/20/09 are back on sale at Ticketmaster!?!?!??

Just pulled 2 tix Pit 102, P7.

Tried to call TM but the wait time is 14 minutes to speak to a rep.

W-E-I-R-D

just got of the phone with TM. those tickets will be cancelled also. also they cancelled my tickets,
but were still going to charge me $5.45 for a processing fee! i called customer service and got that
taken off. what a way to run a business!

Just as a suggestion:

Anne Milgram is the Attorney General of New Jersey. SHe is the one who is pursuing TM and several other ticket agencies for the Bruce Springsteen fiasco of having tickets go directly to TicketExchange and for scalping tickets not on sale yet, respectively. Since she has TM in her sights, might be worth dropping her office an e-mail.

According to the C/S rep I just spoke to who was "happy to provide world class customer service" this was all the fault of the promoter. Had to have the argument all over again about refunding the service charges but they were refunded.

Then the promotor should face the consequences, not us.

But (here's the caveat) ..... I have always purchased at a retail TM outlet the moment they went on sale, i.e. 1st in line at a retail outlet that has a ticket puller on the up-and-up that knows their stuff. Retail TM sales are a direct link always in to the ticket database .... sales are never in a queue.

I got the same story about the promoter when I called to cancel my substitute ticket this morining. They said that I would be refunded the full amount of $159.35.

I did file a complaint yesterday online with the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs. I think everyone else should do the same.

There are still 14 tickets up on Tickets Now in 102PIT P5. Does anyone know how we could find out how many seats are in section 102 Row 5. I went back and checked all the posts and BNers had seats 1, 8, 9, 14, 15, 16 in that row. I would be more p*** than I already am if I found out that some of those tickets are now up on Tickets Now!

There are at least 30, because I was pulling seats that high. My guess is there are around 40-45 seats in a row.

I shot an email to WPVI 6 ABC in Philly. Don't know if it will do any good but I couldn't stand around and do nothing. I didn't even buy the faux pit tix, it still p***es me off!

How many of these now bad tickets are going to end up on Ebay as legitamate hard tickets? Have all the Philly stations been contacted?

I believe there are 3 main pit sections pit101, pit102, and pit103. All these have row numbers P1-8. Then there is sections 104 and 100 that have rows p1-3. Pit101 and I even saw Pit103 were the 2 sections that were showing up last week and were actually bought by us. Correct me if I am wrong, but I don''t think any of bought pit102 seats last week.

I mentioned it earlier in this thread...but everyone who got screwed should also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

It does show that a number of complaints have been resolved in the past so I believe the BBB will definitely pursue it (especially if they get enough complaints).

Even if it doesn't get you satisfaction, at least it can hopefully lower their rating with the BBB (which would make them look bad when the government investigates them)
